At Abigail Joyce Photography (hereinafter called AJP), we subsidize the cost of a client photography session(s) with the use of galleries and/or photographs in our online content stream, marketing assets, and advertisements. These assets are intended for the use in marketing, advertisement, competitions, and training purposes, both in digital and physical mediums, in public and/or private capacities by AJP and it's employees.
By booking with AJP, you are agreeing to let yourself and those included in your session and guardianship, and/or any agreed-upon locations owned by any persons in your party, to be photographed by employees of AJP, with an understanding that AJP's intended use of any produced photographs may be used in marketing, advertisement, competitions, or training purposes, in digital and/or physical mediums, in public and/or private capacities.
At AJP we retain the copyrights to all images captured by any of AJP's employees. Your gallery and photos are licensed to you for personal use and printing.
Examples of personal use are:
At AJP we're not in the business of making enemies, frenemies, or clients that feel uncomfortable about their images being used outside of their control. If you feel uncomfortable about your family, children, pets, or yourself being considered for any of the aforementioned business uses, we want to be on your side. Please understand that any client requesting their session gallery or photographs to not be used publicly, will incur a required fee of $100, or 30% of a session fee, whichever is greater, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
We may amend this policy from time to time by updating this page. Therefore, we suggest you check this page occasionally to ensure you are aware of and are happy with any amendments.
