We're expanding our team to cover more of Chicagoland area and provide a world class service. This position would require managing our client's internal accounts, providing information and correspondence to our clients, and assisting in the success of our client's journey.
This is a part-time position with the ability to grow into a full-time position.

*While the requirements of this position can typically be performed anywhere in the world, we do require the ability to meet at least 3-5 times a month in-person, at one of our offices in the greater Chicagoland area.
Tasks and Duties
Correspond with our clients as they onboard
Maintain communication with clients through their booking journey
Schedule external emails, invoices, blog posts, and social media responses
Manage client information using CRM software
Take, make, and schedule phone calls
Manage our brand ambassadorship program
Experience in professional correspondence
Experience using CRM software
Reliable access to internet
Fantastic interpersonal skills
