Hey blogging friends,
Did you know I have three jobs? I work downtown as a sales agent for a trolley tour, I work as a hostess at a restaurant in my hometown and I also work very hard to run a successful photography business. When I have time, I schedule sessions on Sundays and Tuesdays while the rest of the week I work for my other jobs. I am very busy this summer to say the least. But I am also very happy about it because when I am able to take photos for my clients, I am able to bring creativity and inspiration to my photos. This session specifically, we went to Lincoln Park Zoo and I absolutely loved it. I love posing babies and finding the right angle in my camera for the photos. It’s not always easy, sometimes the baby gets cold because its windy out. We were right next to the lake so it was much windier than normal. It finally warmed up enough to where little Jesse fell asleep soundly. Jesse was 7 days old when we took photos. This was the first time I took photos of a baby on there back, some of the photos Jesse is on his back and I think they are adorable. That basket was from TJMaxx for $9.99. I made the hats and pants in the photos. The light brown basket is from an estate sale for $2. I thought I was stealing it! It was too perfect.
Just precious : )
I would love to chat with any pregnant mommies out there who are interested in maternity or newborn photos. I set up newborn sessions when the baby is 5-7 days old. They are only this tiny, for a little while! Don’t you want some beautiful photos to remember those moments?
